STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
TNT’s Custom Screen Printing in Emeryville, California has been producing custom screen printed and embroidered apparel since 1990.
SALES TERMS
A deposit of 50% will be required on orders. Your project cannot proceed until the indicated deposit is received and the order and design proofs are approved.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Check & Cash. Invoices and Billing Statements are considered Receipts unless other arrangements have been made in writing. All payments are made payable to: TNT’s Custom Screen Printing LLC, 1552 Beach St. Ste A, Emeryville, California 94608.
QUOTES & ESTIMATES
Quotes expire in 30 days. Quotes and Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of order placement based upon new information, design changes, apparel changes or other changes.
RETURNED CHECKS
Customers will be charged a $45.00 fee for returned checks.
DESIGNS & ARTWORK
If we are able to offer basic artwork support we charge $50.00 per hour. Please contact us for a quote on complex custom designs. Expedite fees for artwork depend upon each individual circumstance. Customer-supplied artwork must be free of any and all third-party copyrights. Screens, Separations, Films, and Digitized Files are the property of TNT’s Custom Screen Printing.
TURNAROUND
Business or Working days do not include weekends or major holidays. Turnaround times depend upon quantity, quality of artwork and the availability of the apparel or accessories chosen.
Embroidery production is approximately 15 to 20 working days from order deposit and/or design approval.
Screen Printing production is approximately 8 to 15 working days from order approval, design approval and depending on season.
We do offer a rush service dependent upon our production schedule, availability of the garments and the quantity of items to be printed or embroidered.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Minimums are determined by the amount of colors in your design and the amount of design placements on the apparel or items. We can generally print a minimum of 12 shirts if your design is 1 color and 24 shirts if your design is 2 colors. We can print 1 – 6 colors starting at 36 pieces. Manufacturers may implement minimums on certain styles of goods.
RUSH ORDERS
10% – 25% will be added to all rush orders depending on your turnaround time and the quantity of your order. Once your desired completion date is given to us this amount will be quoted.
CUSTOM DIGITIZING FOR EMBROIDERED GOODS
Embroidery quotes and digitizing fees are based on stitch count. Embroidery quotes will be given once we see your art and know what item style will be embroidered.
CUSTOMER GOODS
A handling charge of $1.00 per item will added to customer supplied screen printed goods. Discounts on this fee are taken into consideration depending on the quantity of your order. We generally do not accept customer supplied goods for embroidery orders. Email us to inquire. There is 5% misprint margin on customer supplied goods. TNT’s Custom Screen Printing is liable for embellishment charges, not replacement of the supplied goods.
COMPLETION DATES
Completion dates are based on the information given to TNT’s Custom Screen Printing at the time order placement. TNT’s Custom Screen Printing reserves the right to modify the delivery date when circumstances beyond our control necessitates such modification.
CANCELLATIONS
Should an order be canceled by the buyer, the buyer will be billed for all work produced by TNT’s Custom Screen Printing by or before the cancellation date. Buyer will be billed for any restocking charges (from supplier) and/or excess shipping charges incurred by TNT’s Custom Screen Printing due to the changes. Certain non-return goods are non-cancelable. Ownership of all copyrights of original artwork designed by TNT’s Custom Screen Printing shall be retained by TNT’s Custom Screen Printing.
COLOR CHANGES
A fee of $15.00 will be billed for color changes per screen on screen printing orders.
A fee of $15.00 will be charged per thread color change on embroidery orders.
COLOR MATCHING
A flat fee of $25.00 will be billed for matching a Pantone / PMS Color. TNT’s Custom Screen Printing will make every attempt to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible. However, certain ink colors may change in shade, tone, or intensity due to the color or composition of the fabric being printed. TNT’s Custom Screen Printing is not responsible for such ink color variations.
Laundering or other means of cleaning is beyond our control; TNT’s Custom Screen Printing will not be responsible for any damage to goods resulting from subsequent washing.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
A charge of 1.75% per month (21% per annum), or the current maximum applicable rate, will be charged to all past due accounts. Should suit be necessary to enforce collection on this account, TNT’s Custom Screen Printing shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and court costs in addition to any other relief granted.
RETURNS
Please notify TNT’s Custom Screen Printing immediately regarding any damages or shortages. Merchandise returned due to minor factory flaws such as loose thread will not justify a credit to the customer’s account. All merchandise must first be reviewed by TNT’s Custom Screen Printing. Please mark flaws with tape or stickers for quicker processing. A 100% refund will be issued to appropriate claims. Notice must be given within 3 days of receiving your final product.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
TNT’s Custom Screen Printing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our own discretion.
ACCEPTANCE
The signature of the buyer on these terms – or via placing an order with TNT’s Custom Screen Printing – constitutes acceptance of all terms and policies stated herein. The buyer represents that the person signing is an authorized agent of the buyer. The signature of the buyer shall be evidence of acceptance of these terms.
This contract, all rights and obligations of the parties thereto shall be governed by the uniform Commercial Code, as enacted and enforced in the state of California, on the date of this agreement. These terms may be updated from time to time and the newest revision will be posted on our website, tntscreenprinting.com.
