Aaron Jellum and Craig Behrhost are not only co-owners, but friends. Having met in 1982, music was the vehicle for their first alliance. Choose from our large catalog of imprintable apparel, bags, and accessories to be screen printed with your logo or design for your business, school, organization, cause, or band.

We can accommodate small and large orders, so whether you need 12 shirts or thousands — we can help!

Screen printing costs are determined by the number of colors in your design, garment style, and quantity. Simply fill out our Get A Quote! form and we’ll get back to you with a detailed estimate for your screen printing project.

• Turnaround times for screen printing depends upon the quality of artwork (if customer-supplied) and the availability of the garments or accessories chosen (due to manufacturing schedules and any material shipping concerns).

• In general, our Standard Turnaround Time is approximately 8 to 10 working days from your order approval and deposit.

• We offer rush service when needed, dependent upon the availability of items to be printed and our production schedule.

Custom embroidered products include: T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, sport shirts, woven shirts, outerwear, headwear, tote bags, aprons, and accessories. Your logo or design representing your business, school, organization, cause, band, or team will first be digitized for the embroidery process.

Embroidery costs are based on your stitch count, number of colors, garment style and quantity. Simply fill out our Get A Quote! form and we’ll get back to you with a detailed estimate for your embroidery project.

• The turnaround time for embroidery depends upon the quality of artwork (if customer-supplied) and the availability of the garments or accessories chosen (due to manufacturing schedules and any material shipping concerns).

• In general, our Standard Turnaround Time is approximately 10 to 14 working days from your order deposit and design approval.

• We offer rush service when needed, dependent upon the availability of the items to be embroidered and our production schedule.

Required File Types

Adobe Illustrator, EPS or flattened PDF: Vector images result in the highest quality print.

Adobe Photoshop: Canvas must be set to actual print size and file originated at 300 dpi or higher.

JPG & TIFF: These files types work as long as they are scaled to print size and 300 dpi or larger.

File Sizes

Please provide files at 100% of printed size. For acceptable sizes, see Standard Imprint Areas below. If you’re submitting Photoshop files, create them at 300 dpi.

Standard Imprint Areas for Shirts

Full Front or Big Back (adult): up to 15″ wide x 18″ high

Full Front or Big Back (youth): up to 9″ wide x 10″ high

Left Chest: up to 5″ square (standard adult)

Adult Long Sleeve: up to 3.5″ wide x 16″ long

Short Sleeve: up to 3.5″ square (standard)

Colors

Choose from our Standard Colors to avoid additional mixing charges.
Need a custom color? We can match most any color by using our Pantone Matching System (PMS). Be sure to provide the coated version of your Pantone color.
A $25.00 charge per color applies.
Convert your color swatches to SPOT colors.

Things to Avoid

PLEASE DO NOT send us files that are 150 dpi or smaller.

PLEASE DO NOT apply trapping to your art.

PLEASE DO NOT send files from the web (.jpg, ,png, .gif, .webm).

Embroidery Specifications

The ideal file formats are either Adobe Illustrator vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high resolution Adobe Photoshop files (.psd, .eps, .tiff, .jpg).
